We deliver Psychosocial Group activities that provide a safe and empowering space for residents of Barking and Dagenham who are refugees, people seeking asylum, and immigrants including those who are undocumented or have No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). Through structured psychological and social activities, we promote emotional well-being and foster community connections.
What We Offer
Psychological activities in which strategies to prevent or manage the most prevalent mental health issues are shared by professional facilitators.
Social activities that provide a safe and friendly space to build friendships, social networks, share culturally diverse activities, stories and experiences whilst strengthening community ties.
