Campaigners & Advocates’ Mental Health & Wellness Program

Campaigners & Advocates’ Mental Health & Wellness Program

The incredible work done to support asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants undoubtedly positively impacts on individuals, families and communities. However, the emotional toll of this work can lead to burnout, compassion fatigue, and stress, affecting both personal well-being and the sustainability of organizational efforts.

To help address these challenges, we are offering FREE Mental Health & Wellness support specifically designed for campaigners and advocates for immigrant groups including asylum seekers, refugees and the undocumented.

If your work involves advocating for migrant rights, promoting well-being and integration, providing social and welfare support, education, information, and guidance, raising awareness and/ or influencing change in public policies, laws, and attitudes that impact migrants, this support is for you!

The program is tailored to build resilience and ensure long-term advocacy effectiveness by focusing on both individual well-being and organizational support.
